Description: Position SummaryThe HR manager will have primary responsibility supporting key members of the Finance leadership team. In this role, the HR manager will be accountable for developing and implementing people process that enables leaders and employees to meet our financial strategy of growing revenue faster than the market while making significant investments and expanding operating margins. Finance’s long-term objectives are to become strategic partners while streamlining reporting, governance and compliance and transaction processing. The successful candidate will have the ability to operate in a fast-paced unstructured environment, maintain focus on driving and delivering on the strategic objectives while flawlessly executing on the day-to-day requirements. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing major projects for the company and HR. Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the business unit CFO’s and/or finance shared services leaders to develop a functional people strategy aligned to the Global Finance and eBay People Strategy


Provide strategic counsel, feedback and coaching on broad ranging issues including business strategy, process, and all people related actions. 


Work closely with HR specialist functions (compensation, staffing) to help create, implement and manage the people strategies aligned with business objectives. 


Manage critical corporate and HR projects end-to-end that have significant impact to the company.

Qualifications: Relevant Experience and Education
Proven ability to act as a strategic partner and ability to execute at all levels.
Expert in delivering integrated HR capabilities to an organization.
Must be knowledgeable of Federal, state and local laws related to human resources and employment.
Experience in two to three functional areas of HR.
Process and metrics oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Thrive in a fast-paced and loosely structured environment while also working independently with minimal supervision.
BA/BS with minimum 8+ years of general HR experience, including employee relations/staffing/compensation/learning and organizational development.
