Aircraft Service International Inc, a leading aviation service company has an opportunity for a Human Resources Supervisor at our Detroit, Michigan location. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position will coordinate human resources activities, including recruitment process, benefits enrollment, payroll, attendance records, and unemployment hearings.  A general knowledge and background in Human Resources as well as experience in a hands-on environment is required. 

The successful candidate will have an AA and 2-3 years HR office experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Familiarity with state and federal guidelines relating to employee issues i.e. FMLA and state disability programs.  Must have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of employees. PC literacy in MSWord and MSExcel is essential.
