The number one company in the industry is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager for the Miami, FL location. This person will be responsible for 2 branch locations in the Miami/ West Palm Beach area for all recruiting, coaching, counseling, benefits, payroll and new hire orientation. Total number of employees to be managed is approximately 120.  Prefer people from the logistics, warehouse, distribution or trucking industries. Must live in the Miami area.

Qualified candidates MUST have 5+ years of recruiting/HR experience preferably in the service sector. Candidates MUST also be knowledgeable of all HR rules and regulations. A four-year BA/BS degree is required and a degree in Human Resources is a plus.  Must speak fluent Spanish.

Company offers a base salary up to $60,000, full benefits, 401K w/ match and a great working environment with opportunity for advancement.
