To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you must have the following:

 

MUST HAVES:

·        A Bachelors Degree in Business or Business related field is required

·        5 + years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment

·        Experience with all HR functions, staffing, employee activities, salary & benefit

·        AAP/EEO program experience

 

PLUSES ++:

·        Experience with Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma manufacturing methodologies is a plus +

·        A MBA is a plus +

·        PHR/SPHR certification is a plus +

The successful applicant will report to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for all Human Resources functions in the facility & HR staff management as well as safety, OSHA regulations, training, process improvements and relationship building as just a few of their responsibilities.
