EOE D/M/F/V Performs Human Resources related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: Recruiting, Training, Compensation, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Communications. Essential Responsibilities: 'X Provide Human Resource support for the following areas: Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Payroll, File Maintenance, Compliance, Benefits, Leave of Absence, Workers Comp, Drug and Alcohol, Unemployment, Employee Recognition. Complete monthly and weekly reports for active employees, new hires and terminations, vacation accruals, key performance indicators (KPIs) and other HR reports as necessary 'X Responsible for Staffing (Recruiting, Interviewing, Orientation/Onboarding, Exit interviews) Interviews, screens and recruits job applicants to fill entry level, professional and technical job openings. Conducts Exit Interviews and analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement 'X Organize and manage employee activities and events such as wellness-related events, United Way campaign, employee picnic and holiday events. Provide support for community-related events and activities 'X Provide delivery and support for various aspects of Training and Development (Performance Management, Employee and Leadership Training) 'X Responsible for Employee Relations (Inquiries, Investigations, Conflict Resolution, Coaching) 'X Responsible for Communications (Newsletter, Announcements, All Employee Emails, Memos, Bulletin Boards) 'X Responsible for various aspects of Compensation (Analysis, Salary Surveys, Job Descriptions, Annual salary review) Education Required: Bachelor¡¿s Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline required. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification preferred.
