We are currently seeking a dynamic, energetic Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Resources Department at the Rose Garden Arena in Portland, Oregon.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, energetic Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Resources department. Responsible for assisting the Human Resources Manager, as well as other departments (concessions, catering, accounting) in a full range of Human Resources functions, including hiring, training, employee relations, conflict resolution, HRIS maintenance and assuring compliance with State and Federal laws; assist in the coordination of the non-profit volunteer program, general clerical duties. Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years Human Resources experience, or educational equivalent; general understanding of business and Human Resources practices. Recruiting/training experience in food service/hospitality industry a plus. Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel). Must be detail-oriented, reliable, accurate, available to work evenings and weekends as required. This full-time non-exempt salaried position and is a non-traditional human resource position in a FUN sports and entertainment environment.
