Conestoga is a $150M+ high quality manufacturer of wood components for the kitchen, bath and furniture industries.

We are searching for a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of all aspects of HR & Safety activities within the East Earl Manufacturing Complex.  Primary responsibilities include administering human resource policies and procedures, employee relations, overseeing benefits administration, safety and health.  The ideal candidate will be an assertive self-starter with a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 - 7 years of broad HR generalist experience and at least 4 years of management experience are required. We offer a great working environment, competitive salary and excellent benefits including health/dental/eye/life insurance, matching 401k & profit sharing.
