Job Duties:

Lead the development and implementation of personnel and safety policies and procedures Prepare and maintain the employee handbook and policies and procedures manual Administer a compensation program Monitor performance evaluation programs, and revise as necessary Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, and communication of benefit information to employees Assist the hiring managers with the recruitment process for all exempt and nonexempt personnel Conduct new employee orientations Write and place advertisements Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment Perform any other related duties as required and assigned

Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably Human Resource Management, or Human Relations Management Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a human resource manager or director role in the Construction Industry Qualified applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision Candidates must be able to prepare and give presentations to employees Must have strong time management skills Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Candidates must have strong organizational skills Must have good attention-to-detail skills Applicants must have solid computer software knowledge with: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Power Point, Human Resource Systems, and other similar software

Salary:

Generous, depending on experience
