Position Description:
In this position, you will be a Human Resources Business Partner where you will work closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources at the business unit or divisional level. You will also be working on significant and unique issues where an analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. You will be exercising independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Your duties will include, but not be limited to: * Addressing recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety issues and personnel research, investigating and resolving employee issues through Open Door inquiries. * Developing and implementing programs, training, interventions, and processes in support of business goals. * Responsible for presentation and implementation of human resources programs in support of business strategies (examples; annual performance review process and/or salary planning, workforce planning and development, staffing, succession planning, and others. * Participating in the development of HR strategies and business roadmaps. * Defining, collecting, analyzing and using indicator data from a variety of sources to identify and drive continuous improvement. * Establishing indicators and tools to measure the success of organizational strategies. * Completing ongoing diagnosis of the organization, analyzing and reporting organizational issues and trends, and introducing and incorporating future workforce trends. * Partnering with management and participating in the development and implementation of human resource plans to support business objectives.

Qualifications:
You should possess an advanced degree with at least six to either years of direct human resources and management related experience. Additional qualifications include: * Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills (written and oral) * Breadth of organizational and business knowledge, with the ability to integrate critical information from several diverse areas * Proven ability to work across teams and geographical boundaries * Demonstrated competency in coaching, influencing, consulting and negotiation, program and/or project management, advanced strategy development, and analysis * Advanced knowledge of HR functions * Willingness and ability to travel * OD skills would be an added advantage * Multinational HR experience would be an added advantage
