Human Resources Transformation
Our Human Capital professionals advise clients on how to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR service delivery model and operation of the HR function, ranging from process design to self-service applications and enabling technologies, and considering insourcing, outsourcing, and offshore solutions.
Consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR Delivery through improved processes and technologies. Senior Consultants lead teams on large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for our clients. They perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels.
Qualifications
·At least 4 years of external consulting experience in Human Capital. Big 5 experience is strongly preferred.
·Demonstrated experience leading small teams or segments of work on large, complex Human Capital Transformation engagements in the areas of HR business process design, HR service delivery strategy, HR outsourcing advisory, and/or shared service center design and implementation coupled with HR systems selection.
·Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
·Bachelors Degree
·The ability to travel 80% (Monday through Thursday, weekly).
