Pro Staff is seeking an experienced recruiter for a growing educational organization! Job duties: Pre screen applicants Set-up interviews with department managers Submit required recruiting reports Act as a liaison between employment agencies to fill permanent and temporary jobs Resume and application tracking Test administering Verifying and checking employment reference for potential candidates Process and complete background checks Extending job offers to selected candidates New hire set-up Additional duties required by HR department High school diploma required College degree preferred Minimum of 3 years experience recruiting Ability to multitask Flexible scheduling as needed including availability during weekends and evenings Microsoft Office
