Vulcan, Inc., an employee owned aluminum manufacturer is seeking a Human Resource Manager. Vulcan’s campus located in Foley, Alabama includes five integrated manufacturing facilities, corporate offices and a training/technology center. The HR Manager will have an exciting opportunity to create an HR department from the ground up. Working with the CEO, the HR Manager will create and implement HR programs including recruiting, performance management, employee relations, training and compliance. Minimum of 5 years experience in HR in manufacturing required. A business related Bachelors degree required. Operations experience is a plus. SPHR/PHR certification is preferred
