Summary:

This position is directly responsible for the hands on management of the home office HR function including strategic management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, risk management, due diligence and labor relations. 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.

·         PHR/SPHR certification required or a commitment to achieve within six (6) months from date of hire is acceptable.

·         Minimum of five years recent experience as HR Director with a proven track record of success to include positive results in turnover, employee morale, effective training and risk management.

·         Healthcare experience strongly preferred.

·         Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and internet navigation.

·         Superior training and presentation skills with ability to deliver for various audiences.

·         Integrity and compassion for the healthcare industry.

·         Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
