Our Americas Corporate office, based in Atlanta, Georgia, is currently seeking an Hotel Integration Manager to lead execution of E-Commerce activities into the hotels for all brands throughout the assigned region, including the implementation of training designed for the region, implementation of pricing initiatives, support in the certification of independent hotel web sites, and protection of trademarks.  Support the implementation and participation of hotels in channel marketing programs.  May lead and review the work of less experienced staff by providing mentoring, technical guidance and/or training in daily activities.   Band 6 Salary range: 546,800- 718,600 (pesos); $52,286- $68,714 (U.S. dollars)   ** Position is based in Mexico City, Mexico Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. 8+ years work experience in the travel industry or similar, with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position and at least 4 years in an E-Commerce environment. Technical Skills and Knowledge –Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and implementing large-scale channel marketing projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff and extensive attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks/clients required. Must have a strong understanding of Internet channel and travel industry.Demonstrated ability to develop plans and strategies for program rollout, implementation, and tracking along with in depth understanding of instructional principles and practices. Strong analytical skills for the purpose of tracking program implementation and measuring success, and for analyzing implementation issues/trends within brands.  Other Information -  Must be able to travel up to 40%.
