We are accepting applications for an experienced and highly motivated hotel General Manager. This position is available immediately in preparation for hotel opening during third quarter 2008. This is a newly renovated premiere historic Luxury Boutique Hotel in prime Pinellas County location (Tampa Bay).

· Must have experience as Hotel General Manager

· Full understanding of hospitality and all aspects of hotel operation.

· High energy level and excellent work ethic

· Hire & train all staff.

· Manage day-to-day operations and provide team leadership.

· Coach and direct team to exceed guest expectations.

· Ensure a constant focus on Quality Guest Service.

· Responsible for P&L.
