A fast growing International Consulting firm headquartered in Tampa Florida is currently interviewing Hospitality Professionals. We are looking for candidates that have been successful in hotel and resort operations, that are motivated and interested in entering the consulting field. This is an entry level position with unlimited growth potential for the right individuals.

Our client base is a "who's who" of the hotel industry and are located world wide. We currently work with Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, Renaissance, Hyatt and a variety of independent resorts and hotels just to name a few. Our consultants provided a wide variety of services to the clients involving all aspects of the hotel industry.

Successful Candidates must:

Have management level experience in either rooms or food and beverage. Four and Five Star experience is a plus! A college degree or industry related educational experience. A valid passport and the ability and desire to travel. The entry level position requires consultants to travel 18-20 days per month. Strong computer skills along with excellent writing and communication skills. All of our consultants travel with laptop computers, digital cameras etc. The necessary paperwork to work in the US. All others will not be considered at this time.

The Consultant position is a salaried position with aggressive performance evaluations offering salary increases quickly to individuals capable of performing the work. Intensive hands on training is offered in the office and out on the road to insure the success of our staff. Standard benefits are available after 90 days and vacation pay after the first year of service.

In addition to a base salary, Consultants are encouraged to help us grow the company and are paid commission on any sales that are obtained from new clients or additional services from existing clients.

The company is based in Tampa Florida however the position is going to be based in Las Vegas, NV . We will only consider candidates in the Las Vegas market as relocation is not available at this time.
