We are seeking a Hospital Operations Manager for Endoscopy Services for our client in Lancaster,PA

At each partner hospital, company provides a team of on-site surgical specialists who assist with equipment operation, plus cleaning and maintenance of reusable equipment. As a result, OR’s and Endoscopy Departments who partner with the company gain the benefits of improved service support, quality and efficiency. This translates into better patient outcomes while reducing hospital costs.

We provide a team of full-time Videoscopic Surgical Specialists.

Our specialists are trained and employed by the company. They are assigned to the hospital to support the staff and manage the instruments. The team of  specialists supports your endoscopic cases from set-up through clean-up: Pre-operative set-up Intra-operative technical assistance Post-operative room turnover Our specialists are trained to operate and troubleshoot all types of video systems. They are completely accountable for quality control on every case. The size of your  team is based on your procedure volumes.

We provide new, state-of-the-art, reusable instrumentation.

BASIC JOB PURPOSE:

To supervise and manage effectively and efficiently operations at multiple facility sites within an identified geographic region, including staff, equipment, budgeting and instrumentation.  To ensure that the  operational model is in place and properly supported by all  personnel under his/her supervision.

Responsible for the renewal of  Hospital contracts for each assigned location. In addition responsible for the completion and review of management reports to appropriate  staff and hospital managers.

 

Requirements

College degree with a minimum of two years’ supervisory or sales experience in a medical corporation   or College degree with at least two (2) years of clinical supervisory experience in a hospital or operating room setting. Key Words:Hospital,Supervisor,Nurse,RN,Clinical,Operations Endoscopy
