The ideal candidate would possess skills to effectively manage the day to day operations for a 204 bed acute care hospital laboratory, including staffing, accreditation preparation, performance improvement management, and budget control.  Responsible for the oversight of 30 + FTE's and 5 years experience in a management role in an acute healthcare setting. CA CLS licensed and LA Cty Fire Card required.
