YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE/ADMINISTRATIVE OPPORTUNITY

 

         

Responsibilities Include:

 

Filing:

Pulling and organizing files for customer service reportDatesOpen RepairsClosed Files  Printing Work Orders

Phone Calls:

Scheduling with customerReminding customer of next day appointmentConfirming appointment is correct

Data Entry:

Entering Order confirmations Entering Repair Schedule datesTracking and follow up of Home Owner LogGenerate and send Builder Weekly Reports                                                         

Requirements:

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         Ability to read and interpret documents such as maintenance and procedure manuals

·         Ability to calculate figures and amounts

·         Attention to detail

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)

·         The ability to problem solve over the telephone

·         Good grammar, voice and diction

·         Basic computer and keyboarding skills

·         Excellent Multi-tasking skills

·         Ability to manage both independent and group type projects.

·         Ability to work at a quick pace to manage high volumes.
