Registered Nurse - Direct Patient Care / Case Manager:

Direct patient care / case management for home care Use OASIS assessment and documentation Easy electronic documentation Documentation Specialist Available for Assistance WIll be smaller territory of greater Baltimore area Monday through Friday hours, no weekends unless requested!!!

Clinical Manager, Registered Nurse:

Leader of RNs and LPNs Use OASIS assessment and documentation, have the assistance of a documentation specialist for your team On site scheduler will help to organize visits Team uses electronic documentation! Monday through Friday hours, no weekends or holidays

Requirements

At least 1 year recent home health/case management experience in a Medicare Certified organization Candidate must be proficient with OASIS assessment and documentation Professional attitude!!! Must have Maryland RN license or be able to obtain Maryland RN license
