Home Loan Consultant

 

Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Consulting potential Borrowers regarding appropriate loan programs and processes·  Assisting in preparing and participating in Real Estate Professional/Broker/Builder functions—including Open Houses and Conventions·  Creating and executing a Business Development Plan·  Accepting Loan Applications and entering into system·  Obtaining Credit Documentation, Disclosures and other Forms in accordance with regulatory and Countrywide guidelines·  Setting-up Loan Files·  Forwarding Loan Files for further processing·  Initiating and maintaining contact with Brokers, Real Estate Professionals, Selling Agents, etc. within the locality to inform them of loan products and other services offered by Countrywide  A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  2+ years experience originating Residential Loan Applications·  Knowledge of the Real Estate Professional/Builder segment of the Mortgage industry·  Comprehensive, working knowledge of HELOCs and Fixed Seconds·  Knowledge of local Real-Estate community·  Proven ability to generate a minimum of 4 to 6 Fundings per month ·  Comprehensive, working knowledge of Pre-Qualification principles and practices  The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  College degree  Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
