Established in 1993, Professional Home Care Associates is privately owned by practicing Physical Therapists.  We specialize in providing a complete range of home care services and expertise to ease patients through their medical needs and towards the fast road of recovery.  Our experienced staff provide the following specialized services; nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology and help with personal care. 

Our experienced staff among our three home care offices provides proven, individualized treatment programs. Our one-on-one care and close working relationship with over 400 referring physicians ensures an accurate diagnosis and optimal treatment plan for our patients.

Each of our offices are staffed with a RN Supervisor dedicated to handling and resolving issues and concerns because we want each of our patients to have the best experience possible. 

We strive to stay apprised to the newest techniques and procedures.  Every clinician is provided on-site monthly in service training worth two CEU credits each, coordinated by expert clinicians in their field.

Qualifications

Nursing- One year experience and current California Licensure

Therapists- Two years experience and current California Licensure

Medical Social Worker – One-year experience and Masters Degree from a school of social work accredited by the council of Social Work Education.

- Current Drivers License & Auto Insurance

- Excellent oral & written communication skills

- Current Healthcare Provider CPR.
