A & E Service technicians diagnose and repair all televisions (plasma, LCD and projection) and home theater while providing superior service in customer's homes. A & E technicians are the best equipped in the industry---you will be provided a Sears van and laptop computer. In fact, our technicians travel directly to their first call from home each morning. We have a computer-generated routing system that enables us to maximize customer satisfaction Qualifications High level of electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills required. Experience Repairing Televisions Strongly Desired. Read and interpret documents such as schematics, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manual Use appropriate tools and equipment in diagnosing and completing repairs. Accountable for assigned tools, and parts inventory. Promotes preventative maintenance and protection agreements to customer (bonus compensation programs available!) Good Driving Record and Valid License.
