This search is a high priority for the hiring manager           

Commercial Relationship Manager & Business Development Officer

 

THE COMPENSATION

 

Based on experience, salary range 70k – 90k plus a hefty bonus using a defined and straightforward bonus plan

 THE REQUIREMENTS

 

Specific experience must include the combination of:

 

·         5+ years of commercial or corporate lending experience which includes:

• Demonstrated success in prospect business development and customer cross sell marketing and calling
• Thorough knowledge of commercial lending policies, procedures, practices and documentation including accounting, financial statement and cash flow analysis
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial services used by commercial customers
• Experience in portfolio management and quality control
• Negotiation, presentation and problem solving skills

·        Bachelor’s degree
