Our Sales force is the highest paid in the Industry as they sell both industry unique voice/data services to corporations. Our company has a tradition of promoting management from within. Compensation:
$40k to $50k base salary plus commissions 1st year $90 to 110k at quota Auto reimbursement: $500 monthly. Full benefits program including, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k. Holiday and vacation leave.
Job Description:
Sell products and services to customers business to business. Generate sales revenue from new business and maintain or upgrade renewals. Be developed by cold calling, telephone prospecting, networking and leads. Selling integrated voice and data applications in a business setting. Develop Networking relationships to drive business.
Typical Day:
Arrive at office at 8:00am, meet w/sales manager, make calls, set 2+ outside sales appointments, outside cold calling and prospecting are daily activitiesCareer Growth:
· Extensive Industry, Product and Sales training.
· Promotion to Major Account Executive is based on quota attainment. Income grows $40k to $60k with promotion.
· Promotion to National Account Executive is based on Major Account Executive quota attainment. Top National Account Executives earn over $250k annually.
· Sales Management is all promoted from within our organization. Salary ranges from $80k to $95k and overall income ranges from $135k to $180k. Realistic opportunity within 3 years.
Background Requirements:
1yr to 5yr outside B2B sales experience. College Degree required Telecommunication sales preferred. Proven ability to develop new accounts through traditional methods. Takes ownership and shows accountability of goals, objectives and sales targets.
