Would you like an exciting career in the legal profession and the ability to take your helpdesk skills to the next level??  Then this is the opportunity you have been looking for.  Hudson Highland is seeking Helpdesk/Desktop Technicians for a DC based Law firm.  Ideal candidates will provide phone and desktop support for 500-1000 users.

 

Duties:

Support users running Windows XP/Vista on the desktops.Add/delete users and re-set passwords in Active Directory.Resolve email issues in Outlook.Support remote users accessing the systems via VPN.Set-up and troubleshoot Blackberry handheld devices.Access and support remote users using PC Anywhere or VNC.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and 1+yrs of Helpdesk/Desktop support experience.
