Type of Position- 3 Month Contract to Hire
1-3 years of technical Help Desk or Desk top support. Extensive knowledge of operating systems desired, to include XP and Windows2000. Ability to troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office and Outlook/Exchange issues. A+ certification a plus. Excellent customer service / phone etiquette skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, strong problem identification skills.
