Job Description:
Provide support for NMCI W2K workstations, laptops and printers through Remedy ticket user notification emergency pages and e-mail.Create and maintaine SIPRNET user accounts.Resolve mission critical problems in a timely manner.Installe and configure Hardware thru MAC (Move ,Add and Change) on Dell Desktop Computers and Laptops.Install Software thru MAC on Dell Desktop Computers and Laptops.Trouble shoot software/hardware problems or assist the client in defining Software/hardware problems for resolution.Discuss, coordinate, assist, and share information with other CSR in accomplishing tasks
