The busy corporate office of a very well-known national retailer has several openings within their busy IT department. These are Help Desk positions that require a strong technical aptitude and prior call center and/or help desk experience.
REQUIREMENTS
* Prior call center or help desk experience is required.
* Excellent communication skills a must.
* Strong technical skills required.
* THE HELP DESK IS OPEN 24/7. CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO ACCOMODATE NIGHT AND WEEKENDS SHIFTS.
* Temp-to-hire; $15.00 - 16.00/hr.
