We are looking to expand our successful healthcare practices, and would be interested in hiring motivated individuals to become Healthcare Recruiters!!!  Previous search experience or healthcare related experience would be beneficial (In the Areas of: Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Radiology, or Nursing).  Most of our Search Consultants make 2-3 times more than there previous salaries when working in a Hospital or Healthcare related field!!!

Requirements
Few industries allow someone to succeed as significantly and rapidly as executive search. There aren’t many opportunities that allow you to make six figures without going to law or medical school. You need to be smart, but your GPA or background isn’t what will determine your success. It is your work ethic, ability to connect and relate to people and understand what motivates them. When you boil it down…you are a high level matchmaker for businesses. Your clients need people with a certain background, skill, etc. Your mission is to research that industry, identify top people who meet those requirements, establish relationships and reach out to people on behalf of your client. You goal is to present your client’s position and when there is a good match, convince an executive that your client’s opportunity will help them make more money, allow them more freedom or challenge, and meet their personal or professional goals. Many of the successful people who started in this role, had zero search experience prior to their first day at KBIC, and have risen become Managing Partner and consistently make over six figures… but it takes hard work and it all begins now.
