DoubleStar, Inc. is seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to join their busy team within their specialized healthcare practice.  As a DoubleStar Staffing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our clients to develop recruitment strategies, implement recruiting initiatives, and assist in selecting and closing candidates.

 

Requirements:

 

Minimum of 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience from agency, corporate or consulting environment 

 

Ability to consult with hiring managers to help them solve complex recruitment challenges

 

Comfortable working with all levels of candidates and be willing to take on both exempt and non-exempt recruitment initiatives

 

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

 

Bachelor’s degree
