PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Productivity Analyst will be responsible for the bi-weekly data gathering and entry, standardization maintenance and the supporting processes of the Visionware productivity system. In collaboration with local productivity coordinators, the Productivity Analyst will generate and ensure the quality of the system-wide, bi-weekly productivity reports.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Runs the timely export of payroll and volume data Responsible for loading the data into Visionware for reporting Performs an initial high level quality review of the productivity data & reports Coordinates with local Productivity Coordinators to ensure the accuracy of the data and correct errors, as needed Notifies Adventist Health leadership of the availability of bi-weekly productivity reports Responsible for updating new job and pay codes in Visionware tables Responsible for adding/deleting Managers/Directors as necessary for terminations/resignations and managing the processes to receive this information from local facilities Works with IT to resolve system issues in a timely manner Maintains chargemaster data in Visionware for reporting Works closely with local Productivity Coordinators to obtain manual statistics in a timely way to meet productivity report deadlines Serves as project coordinator to identify the potential automation of manual volumes into Visionware Maintains the budget changes tracking system and applicable reports Supports the Performance Engineering Department, as time allows, in data analysis needs
