Altarum is looking for a candidate to work full time at Quantico with a background in Healthcare Office Administration with Navy and/or Marine Corps experience.

Office Administrator shall be responsible for coordination of day to day contractor activities at the Wounded Warrior Operations Center to include reporting of data collection and analysis; monitoring progress of operations center process and ensure optimal customer service to service members and their families. In doing so, the office administrator shall perform the following requirements:

Prepare reports and disseminate information provided by the Referral Coordinators, Psychological Health Coordinator, or TBI Coordinators.

Maintain and update information on PH/TBI resources and services available.

Assist in data preparation, analysis, and presentation in support of the Referral Coordinators, PH Coordinator, or TBI Coordinators.

Prepare all daily, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

* Bachelor’s degree plus two to four years relevant experience, or Associate’s degree plus six to eight years relevant experience. In addition to years of experience, may substitute two years of relevant work experience for each year of bachelor’s degree level of education.
* Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint and the maintenance, structure and usage of databases
* Good organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to:
* Prioritize and juggle multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines
* Work in a fast-paced work environment
* Work independently, when needed, and exercise sound business judgment
* Work as part of a team
* Pay attention to detail and proofread documents for accuracy
