Our nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and medical social workers - assess and treat older adults in the comfort of their own homes!  We are a Medicare provider which means with a doctors order Medicare covers the cost of the services.

We are looking for a sales rep who will grow the business by calling on Dr.s offices, Hospitals, Hospice, Nursing Homes and other professionals who are in a position to refer their patients of clients to Del Cielo Home Care .

Responsibilities:
Responsible for increasing revenues and establishing/implementing sales strategies in concert with Market and Territorial sales plansDeveloping and increasing customer satisfactionMeeting/exceeding quotas and providing timely follow-up documentation.Primary duties include identifying researching and securing new business opportunities utilizing prospecting skillscoordinating effective and efficient customer to Branch Office communication to ensure accurate flow of informationCoordinating local Branch and Corporate Resources with minimal supervisionDeveloping and implementing effective and successful sales presentations. Must have the ability to develop, implement and discuss strategic concepts and present Del Cielo Home Care unique capabilities Develop and present strategic solutions to decision-makers; negotiate scope of services within limits of established policies and procedureswork with appropriate Del Cielo Home Care  support staff throughout market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, a health-related science (e.g., nursing, therapy, etc.) or the equivalent
• Prefer one year of home health, hospice or related industry sales experience.
• General knowledge of sales techniques and a basic knowledge of physician, hospital or skilled nursing facility, case management and discharge planning service as needed.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory Metro New Orleans
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communications, and presentations skills
