Job Description: Great opportunity for a direct position for a Healthcare Engineer in Charlotte, NC! This Healthcare Engineer will provide leadership to engineers as they perform all calculations necessary for selection and specifications of equipment; technical analyses and writing for engineering studies, master plans and specifications. Will also provide interdisciplinary coordination with other trades/projects consultants. Will perform calculations, equipment selection, equipment specification, system design, system layout, field investigation, and construction administration. Will maintain client satisfaction and perform all work with minimal supervision and coordinate with a quality assurance/quality control supervisory team. Consulting responsibilities include preparation of due diligence, gap analysis, and feasibility reports. Will apply skills to product drawings consistent with client requirements. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering along with a minimum of ten years relevant experience. PE license required. Must have commercial building and large infrastructure project and client experience. Must possess strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate with the Architect/Client. Must have advanced knowledge of systems designs for various projects. Must be available to work overtime to meet project deadlines.
