Position:Healthcare Coordinator Healthcare Coordinators are responsible for clinical management of our Assisted Living community. The candidate will form lasting relationships with our residents, work a flexible schedule, and experience an environment with a warm, family atmosphere.

Healthcare Coordinator duties:

Provide proper documentation of all nursing and healthcare services Responsible for maintaining health service plans and resident assessments Monitor effective communications regarding resident care Direct the department's safety and loss-prevention program Supervise, evaluate and train Care Managers / Medication Care Managers and Wellness Nurses Recruit and retain all team members in the department, ensuring their effective orientation and training Establish positive relationship programs and practices.

Healthcare Coordinator requirements:
