Deloitte Consulting's Business Process Management Services (BPMS) provide industry-specific extended business process solutions to clients. While a client's management concentrates on enhancing the core business, our team of experienced managers, billings and collections specialists and clinical specialists provide a highly differentiated service to assist our clients with their revenue cycle challenges, including unrealized revenue and diminished cash flow.

Deloitte Consulting Extended Business Services LLC is seeking a talented Compliance and Quality Associate professional to join our support team. This candidate will work in Princeton, New Jersey. Qualified candidates may be required to travel up to a maximum of 30% on a annual basis.


Job Summary:

The qualified Associate will be responsible for conducting reviews of claims that have been processed for reimbursement from health care payers, patients and other parties. The primary focus of the reviews will be on process breakdowns and compliance violations. The role would include conducting sample reviews, trending findings, summarizing findings in standard formats while making recommendations. The Associate would also assist in the development and implementation of QA reengineering and redesign for the EBOS practice. The Associate may also have to conduct research on specific subject areas to support findings as required. .

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of business management experience. It would be a plus if there is some level of knowledge of the Health Care Industry.
- Minimum requirements include: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to navigate the internet in order to research Health Care regulations and other related topics.
Preferences:
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to communicate review findings.
- Developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to demonstrate use and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong work ethic and self starter.
