Position Description

The Healthcare Client Account Manager will manage all aspects of the business relationship with clients to ensure appropriate services are available, utilized and delivered to provide the highest possible caliber of service to the client. Review status of all regularly provided services; note issues and trends; resolve any conflicts or problems through regular client contact and meetings. Analyze financial reports, fee schedules, payer trends and A/R measurement statistics. Focus on identifying ongoing reimbursement improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain schedule of standard and ad hoc financial reports for each assigned client. Initiate regular visits to client practices to strengthen client relationships.

Minimum Requirements

Candidate must be PC proficient with outstanding presentation, interpersonal and financial analysis skills. Candidate must be a team player, detail oriented, and possess strong organizational and management skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently, meet specific deadlines and be flexible with work schedule priorities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field from four-year college; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Multi-specialty and surgery billing experience along with coding knowledge preferred. 5+ years customer service experience including 2+ years managerial experience required with relevant healthcare/insurance experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field from four-year college; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
