Our DIRECT CLIENT, a leader as an IT healthcare solutions provider, has an immediate opening for a Business / Data Analyst in their Towson, MD location.  This position is open to US Citizens / Greencard Holders ONLY.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business / Data Analyst will support mainframe and/or web-based application data analysis.  Primary responsibilities will include working directly with clients to perform data analysis, data extraction, data aggregation, and data cleansing.  Some travel (20%) may be expected.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

5+ years information technology experience3+ years performing business analysis3+ years data analysis with strong relational database background Exceptional SQL skills with ability to perform data extraction, aggregation, and validation, and cleansing as neededStrong analytical skills able to prepare, document, and execute test plans and effectively participate in system / data validation and testing. Exceptional written communication skills with background and ability to author documentation as needed.Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interact with clients to perform data validation

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science highly desired.
