Job Description: Account Performance Manager Summary: This leadership position is responsible for assuring client satisfaction with care support programs, with primary focus on major and national accounts. Responsibilities include leading specific integration efforts for care support, delivering high quality outcomes and status reporting, managing and overseeing performance guarantees, and playing a key role in shaping future strategy. Accountabilities: 1. Direct collaboration among care support operations, marketing, sales and account management to assure care support client needs are being met. 2. Develop and direct process for standard performance guarantee parameters and a process for the review and approval of non-standard client requests. Coordinate the internal development and communication of the performance metrics for care support clients. 3. Serve on the Integrated Health Management team that supports face-to-face meetings with care support and prospective care support clients. Represent care support programs. 4. Assist with request for proposals for existing and potential care support clients. 5. Review care support and integrated care management reports for clients to assure reasonableness and provide interpretation. Resolve data integrity issues and provide summary of conclusions and recommendations prior to sending reports to Account Management. 6. Conduct and/or assess client satisfaction survey results and coordinate program improvements projects. 7. Manage and implement major projects with BCBSMN, HWs, and other vendors, such as carve-out PBMs for care support clients. 8. Monitor disease management market developments and provide regular updates to Integrated Health Management team and Account Management. 9. Play a key role in developing future program strategy, including: - Communication strategy - Marketing strategy, including design, packaging and pricing - Financial modeling Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree required. 2. 10 years experience in the health care field, with marketing, communications, and/or operations experience 3. Expert level written communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Experience managing large accounts and a strong understanding of client demands, particularly around outcomes reporting and performance guarantees, and strategy. 5. Ability to analyze, define, and present information to customers and all levels of management. 6. Strong knowledge of health, wellness and care management programs, systems and outcomes. |
