CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE II

Summary:

Handle inbound hazard insurance related telephone calls. Support borrowers and external customers. Maintain hazard and lender placed hazard/ flood insurance on mortgage loans. Assist in the training and development of incoming hires.

Essential Job Functions: Handle inbound telephone calls from borrowers. Answer questions regarding Insurance/Lender Placed Insurance. Updates records and note system as required. Accurately track and maintain production and time sheets. Serve as backup to other teams as requested by Supervisor. Assist in the training and development of new customer care representatives through mentoring and double jacking of telephones.

Required Skills

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or GED Minimum two years of experience in the mortgage banking industry or four years as a telephone and/or online customer service representative. Minimum 1 year ZCS experience. Excellent customer service skills Written and verbal communication skills Organizational skills Problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a plus. Flexible with work schedules. Proficiency in using a PC.
