This position is located in our MA, Needham facility



Perform maintenance on equipment listed on ICE2 equipment list. Know interoperational relationships of all components of equipment listed on ICE2 equipment list to extent required to perform maintenance services. Apply remote services diagnostics as defined in the ICE2 SOR. Install and incorporate new releases, updates, or other changes to Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software (diagnostics failures or potential failure predictions). A minimum of four years of experience in maintaining the types of equipment listed on the ICE2 equipment list. The FST will have an industry technical certification in a field applicable to their assignment.

Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
