Business manager responsible for profitability objectives including contract execution of high tech O&M business with multiple Support Services and Project Management offering. Accountable for facility performance on large, high risk, highly visible contracts typically up to $10.0M in size. Meets contractual obligations and customer satisfaction objectives. Participates in contract renewal efforts and promotes expansion of contract scope. Analyzes facility management business to identify & communicate to the business, potential cost reduction opportunities and additional Facility Management offerings.
Under general direction, meet the profitability objectives and DSO performance of the account plan.
Develops account expansion plans and pull-through additional company offerings leveraging purchasing, supplier programs and system products offerings.
Partners with company sales and ops management teams.
Participates in contracts renewal efforts.
Owns and optimizes the billing and collection process for all service lines to meet appropriate performance levels.
Leads the operational team to provide the Ops or Facility Management offerings to assigned accounts for the purpose of delivering optimized workplace environments and manages the facility management budgets for customer.
Responsible for meeting customer and employee satisfaction objectives and ensuring account staff meet procedural requirements for compliance with business delivery, quality, safety, human resources and health standards.
Develops and maintains close working relationships with customers and communicates and promotes company-wide offerings and expertise to deliver a single seamless service to clients.
Ensures contractual obligations are met.
Tracks, analyzes and trends facility operating costs and generates savings for the customer.
BS Degree required. Minimum 8 years experience. Advanced technical knowledge of facility management & business services. Operational knowledge of other disciplines, i.e. engineering, sales, and manufacturing, to communicate/integrate within those areas. Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously and communicate effectively with customers.
