Guest Services Manager – Oceanside, CA

We are seeking an extraordinary operations professional to join our management team.  You will be the right hand to the General Manager, but you secretly want her job!  You will play a vital role in the community by leading staff members to provide top of the line service to our residents in the following guest services arena’s: Travel by Leisure Care, transportation, salons, activities, concierge services, front desk, housekeeping, and plant operations departments.  Your dynamic leadership combined with superior communication skills, a high degree of professionalism and team leadership will be instrumental in this role.

 

If you are a self-motivated, results-driven, experienced business professional with exceptional skills in the area of staff management, verbal and written communication, internal and external customer service, community marketing and staff motivation skills, we want to talk to you!  Must have prior experience managing programs in a hospitality or hotel environment.  A bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
