Join the team of a growing premier service offered at PetSmart. In our PetsHotel you will help ensure that all pet parents and guests have a pleasant experience by providing a safe, comfortable and fun environment. In this hands-on position you will be responsible for completing the daily tasks for all the pets in our care. We're currently seeking candidates who enjoy working in a team environment:



PetsHotel Guest Services Associate

Responsibilities include:

Answering phones, making reservations on the computer and completing paperwork for each guest

Suggesting additional services to pet parents

Properly process guest transactions

Maintaining a clean and inviting lobby environment

Providing solutions to our pet parents by answering questions about our services



You will also be trained in other departments & positions within the PetSmart store, and will be asked to work in other areas as needed.



Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
