Position Description:

**NOTE: We are looking to relocate this candidate from the US to Japan for a 3 year term (XPAT). Candiadtes must be ok with this relocation.** Typical Duties: 1.Build and maintain strong finance team aligned with Aizu operation management and WW operation finance. 2.Interact with accounting and finance staff as well as levels of management at Spansion Inc., Spansion Japan, and all other regions. 3.Organize results of analysis into summary information for presentation to top-management. 4.Lead special projects related to direction of WW operation or Corporate finance. Supervisory Responsibility: Involves supervision of 7-9 financial analysts and 1 or 2 accounting clerks.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: -Bachelor of Science, Engineering or Business. - 7 years progressive plant budgeting, including production loading, capital planning, experience in Japanese major enterprises. -Min of Two years management experience -Demonstrated ability to set goals and objectives, organize time, resources and set priorities to meet goals. -English written and verbal communication skills. -Willingness to relocate to Japan
