We are looking for salespeople who have a passion for what they do. As an Account Manager you will be on the front lines, building our business and deepening our relationship with current clients. You will advise our clients on how Monster can help build the most competitive employee base possible. You will be a consultant, a partner, and a solution-provider.
We have found that an effective Account Manager at Monster can come from a variety of different backgrounds. What we need is talent, so here is a little guidance…
Requirements:
· 2+ years of sales experience
· Bachelors degree from an accredited university
Preferences…don’t be afraid to point these out when you apply:
· Experience with Business to Business sales
· Solution/consultative based selling
· Sales experience in the local market
· Sales experience in the employment/human resources/recruiting space
· Formal training in the sales discipline…tell us about it
· Building long-term customer relationships
· Demonstrated sales achievement…tell us the numbers
