We are looking for a Licensed Group Health Insurance Sales Director with experience in key account management and benefit planning, including; analysis of benefits versus potential impacts to paid claims, prescription drug benefit planning and industry trends, PPO, POS, and Consumer driven health plans (HSA, HRA, etc.), and analysis and consultation of group paid claims reporting. Additionally the Sales Director will have a working knowledge of underwriting processes, including; specific and aggregate stop-loss coverages; aggregate attachment point determination; fully insured, retention-based underwriting; and field underwriting.
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for new sales and retention strategies for large group business, developing and maintaining excellent business relationships with clients, developing and implementing customized client strategies, and delivering consultative services
