JOB SUMMARY:
Act as primary customer interface responsible for the development of business and relationships with customers’ senior management. Achieve Sales Growth and Operational excellence.Correspond and communicate by mail, phone, and “in person” visits with key customer contacts. Interact with customers effectively through one-on-one meetings and professional presentations, negotiate effectively with customers, perform administrative follow-up internally to the company and with customers.Develop and evolve the strategic account plan for the retailer and be accountable for the plan’s execution. Manage the strategic account relationship with the divisions’ key account(s). Act as an advocate for the account/s.Bring continuous improvement mindset to all aspects of the business, measure and assess performance and collaborate with company resources.Work with Marketing and Merchandising team to develop promo and seasonal materials/displays, as well as, specific vertical marketing collateral.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5 to 8 years experience with a Bachelors degree preferred.Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and all levels of an organizationStrong communication (oral and written) and Presentation skills Strategic selling skills and negotiation ability Office Products Industry knowledge; Previous account management experience and experience in the grocery channel preferred. Computer skills – Word, Excel and Act other PIMAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to work in teams is required. Project management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task. Self-starter with high levels of initiative. Priority Management skills.
