Position Description:

Grill Cook DUTIES: • Prepare, produce, and cook all food products as delegated by Food Outlet Restaurant Chef and Sous Chef, for the Commissary delivery and catered events. • Meet with the Restaurant Chef on a daily basis to discuss specials, menu items, etc. • Maintain all equipment in good order by proper use and care. • Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma and/or certificate/diploma from an accredited culinary program or equivalent work experience. • 2-3 years prior culinary experience in a comparable position. • Must have experience cooking in a cafeteria type of environment, preferably within education. • Over time as required.
